void CATSlider::TrackMouseTimer ( CATMODKEY  modKey  )  [virtual] TrackMouseTimer() is called when no movement has been detected on the mouse to update filtered controls towards their resting point. Parameters: modKey  - Key state modifiers for ctrl/shift/alt/etc. Reimplemented from CATControl.
