RegCtlWnd

CATResult CATWindow::RegCtlWnd ( CATControlWnd *  wndCtl, CATWND  wndHandle   ) [virtual] RegCtlWnd() registers a window handle from a CATControlWnd. This allows us to send messages w/o doing full scans for the control through the skin's tree.
